Return Policy

We sell Nationally and Internationally via our Online Store.

1. We understand that returns are a part of business and gladly accept them under the following conditions.
2. Rock America must be notified within 30 days of you receiving your order, for any item(s) that need to be returned. This excludes the holiday shopping season, for which any item(s) ordered or received during the holiday season of November 1 st through December 31 st , have until January 31 st to notify us of return. We will then issue a Return Authorization number that must be clearly written on package.
3. You will be credited for items that are returned when we receive them.
4. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to us on returned items. In the case of returning items as result of our error (you received an incorrect item, manufactures defect, etc) Rock America will refund you the actual shipping cost.
5. Rock America will not accept returns for items that have been opened, used or worn. Please keep pet hair away from product until you are sure you do not want to return item(s).
