Rock America accepts 3 forms of payment for your order:
• Pay online with a Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
• Pay Pal Internet Services
• Print and Mail Order with a Check or money Order.
When will I be charged for my order?
• Orders paid for online with a credit card will be charged to the card when order ships from our facility, not when we receive the order.
• Checks received with a mail in order will be deposited right away to guarantee funds.
When will I receive my order?
• Orders are filled in a first come first serve basis.
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• We ship using the United States Post Office Priority Mail Service. Shipments take 2-3 business days to arrive to you using this service.
• Orders paid for with a mailed in check or money order will require a minimum of two weeks holding time while funds clear. We will process the order as normal and hold items until funds have cleared.
What about back orders or out of stock items?
• At Rock America, we strive to keep all items and sizes in stock at all times. However, due to the nature of the business, we are occasionally out of stock and must back order items.
• You will be notified when your order is processed of any out of stock or back ordered items. We are continuously replenishing our stock, however, due to our suppliers' schedules and inventory levels, out of stock items could take up to six weeks to ship.
• If after six weeks we cannot ship your item(s), we will notify you and you will have the option to keep the order active or cancel it.
• You will only be charged for items that ship. Back ordered items will be charged to your card when they ship.
Is there Sales Tax?
• Illinois Residents will have 7% Sales Tax automatically added to their orders.
• Wisconsin Residents will have 5% Sales Tax automatically added to their order.
