All orders are shipped from northern Illinois.
USPS business days are defined as Monday through Saturday. UPS business days are defined as Monday through Friday.
Shipping costs for all orders shipping within the US are determined based on the destination of the order and the total order weight.

Though in most cases we try to ship your order the day after it’s submitted, occasionally it may take up to 5 business days to pack and ship.
Orders that are submitted for Express Mail, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air shipping will be shipped that day IF they are ordered by 10AM Central Standard Time (CST). If a problem arises that warrants us unable to ship your order that day, we will call you via the phone number you provided in submitting your order. If we are unable to reach you, we will send an email to the address you also provided. If you’ve already submitted your order but would like to upgrade to expedited shipping after 10AM CST, we may still be able to upgrade your order. Free shipping is usually shipped by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or in some cases UPS Ground. The method of free shipping is determined by distance, weight, and other factors of the specific order.

We accept unworn/unused products purchased exclusively from ShopRockAmerica.com within 30 days of receipt of order. (This excludes the holiday shopping season. Any items received during the period of November 1st through December 31st may be returned until January 31st.)
A credit for the amount of the returned item will be issued in the form of original payment after the return has been received. Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to Rock America. We do not offer return-shipping labels, however, for an exchange we will pay for the shipping costs to send out the new item(s).
All returns must be sent through the United States Postal Service. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Rock America will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
Please keep pet hair, smoke, etc. away from product until you are sure you do not want to return item(s).
To return an unwanted item, please send to the PO Box address listed on your receipt. Along with the item, please include a copy of your receipt as well as a brief note explaining your intentions (Ie.-“Item did not fit,” “Recipient already had item,” etc.). You will be issued a credit as soon as we receive your item back in the mail.
To exchange an unwanted item, please first contact us to ensure that we have your desired product in-stock. Follow return procedures above. After we receive the unwanted item in the mail, the new item you’ve specified will be sent out to you.
